There’s a safe middle ground and a hard stop. An owner can walk the perimeter with binoculars, note panel numbers from inside the unit, and check the Abodu serial plate for model year - that helps us bring the right parts on the first trip. What you shouldn’t do: climb a standing-seam roof without fall protection, cut a membrane seam to “see what’s underneath,” or torque a loose fastener without knowing the substrate condition. The Abodu roof is engineered as a system; a fix at one point often loads stress to another.
