DIY or Call Us?

What you can safely check: aerator cleaning, cartridge model number reading (with the water off), and supply line tightness by hand. What goes wrong fast: Grohe concealed valves require a specific rough-in depth tolerance of plus or minus 1/8 inch, and the plaster guard must stay in place until trim installation or the valve body twists when you torque the escutcheon screws.
